Are you currently represented by an Agency?
Yes, I am! I began working with Q6 Model Artist and Management last year.

Tell us a little bit about your hobbies? What do you like to do when you are not modeling?
I categorize myself into three categories: musician, nerd, and hippie. Firstly, as a singer, I enjoy preforming, writing, and sharing music with others. I have been in choirs, touring places such as China, for the past 5 years. Secondly, I have always been interested in science, and I study scientific concepts outside of school, and I plan to begin studying engineering next year. Lastly, I am an avid environmentalist, and I spend most of my free time outdoors when it is nice out, doing things such as trail running and hiking.

What goals do you have as a model in the next 3, 6 and 12 months?
Well, as a model who is going to college, one of my goals is to continue building a network while I am attending Barrett, the Honors College at Arizona State University. But, for these next 3 months, while I am still in Portland, I would love to begin collaborating with many other artists, and perhaps be featured as a fitness model in a shoot for one of the sportswear companies in the area!

Who is your favorite designer?
He may not be my favorite, but one of the new designers that I really like is Lou & Grey, who provide clothes for Ann Taylor Loft. Their new lines of clothing are simple, yet unique. I find their clothes to be really appealing to the eye and comfortable.

Who is the most influential person in the fashion industry that keeps you motivated and inspired?
For me, I have a soft spot for Ralph Lauren, because it was the first designer brand that I ever wore. I admire Ralph Lauren so much because he continues to stretch himself as an entrepreneur; he is involved in so many areas of the fashion industry such as perfume and various clothes lines. It inspires me to continue trying new avenues via opening doors, when other doors in my life shut.

What do you love most about modeling?
The reason I got into modeling is because I have been in love with photography ever since I have been a little kid; I have been an amateur photographer since I got my first Canon camera at 13. Working behind the camera, I recognized the talent that professional photographers, such as those who shoot models, have. I thought that modeling would be an amazing opportunity to expand my knowledge of the art of photography, by working together with these talented professionals. So far, I have met some of the most interesting and inspiring artists during my modeling career, and I hope to collaborate with many more people in the future!
